World Mental Health Day at Empire Gym
This year, World Mental Health Day - 10th October - falls on a Monday. Understanding the importance of exercise on our mental health, what you do does not have to be strenuous. Simple exercise, such as walking on a treadmill or a session of Yogalates, can help to improve both mood and mindfulness.
