Youth, Community & Schools Team (YCST)

 

At YCST, we are dedicated to creating opportunities and building brighter futures. Our team provides young people and the local community (Nuneaton, Bedworth & Keresley) with essential resources and impactful sports programs, helping individuals thrive and supporting stronger, more connected communities.

Our initiatives include youth development programs, community outreach, educational workshops, and recreational activities, all designed to foster personal growth, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

We believe that every young person deserves a safe, supportive environment to discover their potential, make meaningful connections and positively impact their community. Through partnerships, local events, and targeted support services, we’re building a future where everyone has the chance to succeed and contribute to a thriving community.

We offer a wide range of programs for young people, including:

• School Coaching: A diverse array of sports programs delivered through breakfast, lunch, and after-school clubs to engage students throughout the school day.

• Alternative Provision(AP): Designed for school-aged children, this program provides curriculum support, early intervention (to prevent school exclusion) and alternative educational pathways to foster both academic and social growth.

• Holiday Playschemes: Our Playschemes offer a safe, engaging environment for children during school holidays, with a variety of activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and fun.

• Community Projects: Including Exclusive Disability Soft Play Sessions (During selected dates- Bermuda Adventure Soft Play World Nuneaton).

• Before and After School Care (LM Playcare): This Ofsted-registered program provides safe, fun, and healthy before and after-school care where all children feel engaged, encouraged, and entertained.
