Community Services Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join NBLT as a Community Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Managing the development, operation and participation of sport and active recreation throughout the borough.
- Managing coach rota’s ensuring all School and Community Sessions are covered with the relevant coach.
- Supervise, lead, coach and mentor Schools and Sporting Services Team with delivery in school, clubs, community, alternative education provision, school holiday provision, and projects.
- Work as part of the Senior Management Team in the development, implementation and success of NBLT’s strategic plans.

Applicant Requirements:
- A minimum of a NVQ Level 2 in childcare or equivalent is essential for this role
- An NGB Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent is essential for this role
- A recognised Good Practice & Child Protection Certificate
- A management qualification of Level 5 or equivalent
- A recognised Good Practice & Child Protection Certificate
- A current First Aid qualification

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join NBLT’s experienced Nursery team at Bermuda Park Nursery.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- A proven track record of achieving excellent standards and excellent levels of childcare and early years learning in a medium to large private day nursery
- Hands-on experience in daily nursery operations

- A minimum of a NVQ Level 2 in childcare or equivalent is essential for this role
