YCST Volunteer

We’re looking for 2 motivated volunteers to support out BBC Children in Need funded disability project. Volunteers will be responsible for working closely with children and young people with physical and learning disabilities, helping them on a one to one basis, offering support and encouragement.

Hours:

Working times are 4 – 8 hours per week during the school holidays, with no requirement to work every week.

Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant

Do you have a background in graphics and marketing and are looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and a positive individual, to join our small team in Support Services.

You need to be able to turn your hand to supporting the varied mix of services that NBLT offers, ensuring that the brands grow and that members and customers have a great experience! You will support brand consistent design and content creation for all digital and offline campaigns for all NBLT categories including photographic content, editing, videos, maintaining social media platforms, and website content, and the design and print, inclusive of but not limited to, brochures, flyers, and posters.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to oversee everything from briefs, creative development ad campaigns effectiveness and developing the strategy for the business by driving the agenda forwards across the operating areas. You will also be prepared to drive through new initiatives and development across the range of NBLT services.

Applicants must be good communicators, confident and possess excellent organisational skills along with the ability to work on one’s own initiative. A HND or Degree in Visual Communications or other Graphics based qualification at similar level or higher is essential.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join NBLT’s experienced Nursery team at Bermuda Park Nursery.

Ideally you will have a proven track record of achieving excellent standards and excellent levels of childcare and early years learning in a medium to large private day nursery.

You will have hands on experience in daily nursery operations. If you are passionate about working with children, supporting a team and are committed to achieving outstanding practice, then this could be the job for you.

A minimum of a NVQ Level 2 in childcare or equivalent is essential.

Operations Assistant

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic & motivated individuals to play an essential role in the operation of Bermuda Adventure Soft Play World. You will be an important part of a dedicated team. Duties will include reception, café server, party delivery and the cleaning of all areas. You will also assist in the day to day operations of the Soft Play, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer service.

Applicants will have a good level of initiative and be a committed, well organised member of the team with excellent communication skills. This position requires a high standard of health & safety awareness in a soft play facility.

Applicants must be able to work under pressure and be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends. Full Time Shifts will be worked over a three week rolling rota and will include some weekend work. Part Time Shifts will be worked Monday to Friday.

Sports Coach

Due to increased demand for our services we are seeking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sport and play activities to join our successful Youth, Community & Schools Team.

Your main role will be to plan, deliver and evaluate high quality sport specific coaching sessions or play activities across Nuneaton, Bedworth and surrounding areas to increase the number of young people participating in activities at before and after school and school holidays with potential progression onto delivering in targeted schools and communities.

An NGB Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent is essential for these roles. As is a recognised Good Practice & Child Protection Certificate and a current First Aid qualification.
