Late Collection Charge
All late collections after the time paid for will incur a charge of £5.00 for the first 0 - 15 minutes and a further £10.00 for a child collected between 15 - 30 minutes late and a further £5.00 for every 15 minutes late after this. Non-payment of these late collection charges could mean a forfeit of your child's place in the future.

Booking Details- HAF Codes
Please follow the link https://searchout.warwickshire.gov.uk/holidays-activities-food-haf to complete the form to receive your HAF code.
Once you have received your HAF code, Please email the Play scheme team to book onto our Playscheme with a Class4kids discount code.
By booking onto Playschemes, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
If you wish to cancel your child's space or reduce the number of sessions booked, please give 2 working days’ notice (Mon-Fri) or you will be charged.
In order for your refund to be processed by the Manager, please email the team quoting your reference number. Please view the full policy here.
