Tax free childcare will require a Poncho Pay account.
Please note that we now use Pebble as our booking system for playscheme. If you require any assistance or need help with Poncho Pay feel free to send us an email.
Children not in receipt of HAF will need a packed lunch to be provided.
Late collection charges will apply if a child is collected after their booked session.

Late Collection Charge
A charge of £10.00 will apply if a child is not collected by the end of their booked session.
If a child remains uncollected, an additional £10.00 will be charged for every 15-minute period (or part thereof) after the booked collection time.

By booking onto Playschemes, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
If you wish to cancel your child's space or reduce the number of sessions booked, please give 2 working days’ notice (Mon-Fri) or you will be charged.
In order for your refund to be processed by the Manager, please email the team quoting your reference number. Please view the full policy here.
NBLT reserves the right to close a Playscheme.
