Booking Rules:​

​

  • 1 x Adult ticket will be free, all other adults will be charged at £1 per person. Please ensure you add a FREE adult ticket to your booking!

  • Please select the correct tickets based on your child's age, these will be checked on arrival.

  • You will receive 1hr & 30 minutes soft play, the 2 hour slot is to allow time to check in and leave.

    Please continue to scan in using the Track and Trace app on arrival.

    Please note if you cannot book all the required ticket - this is because
    the session has limited availability and at capacity.

Please note: Online bookings and payments are processed by a third party provider. Bookings are operated by the Sell Tickets App for Wix and payments are processed by Stripe. When booking, if you opt to 'save card details' this may show as a recurring card payment. However, you will only be charged when placing a new booking.

Booking Terms & Conditions

​

Please do not book a session if you or any member of your party has COVID-19 symptoms, has returned from an overseas quarantine area or is isolating due to COVID-19.​ Your temperature will be checked on arrival, if you have a high temperature (over 37.8C) you will be refused entry. 

​

If you would like to change your booking, changes and refunds are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your booking. Please contact us via email. No refunds are are permitted with less than 48 hours notice. If the centre closes due to Government Covid19 guidelines you will be issued a refund. 

​

Childminder's please email proof of your up to date registration to us and we will send you a single use discount code for your session. 

​

By confirming your booking at Bermuda Adventure Soft Play World, you are confirming you will adhere to the new COVID secure guidelines and amended rules of play. Please note: these may be subject to change as the Government issues new or updated guidance.

​

On arrival please scan the NHS COVID-19 track and track QR code on your device.

​

Menu's will be available via QR on the tables.

Please note if your ticket is for a session after the next Government announcement, the session start time may change. We will notify you of any change via email and if you are unable to attend we will re-book or refund your session.

I confirm that no member of the party has any COVID19 symptoms, nor are they from a lockdown area. Should a member of the party develop symptoms I will not attend the soft play session. To cancel the session due to showing COVID19 symptoms please email: info@nbleisuretrust.org and we will re-arrange your date.
 

Cancellations are only permitted with up to 48 hours notice before the session start time. To cancel please contact Bermuda Adventure by emailing info@nbleisuretrust.org
 

I have selected tickets based on my child's correct age and understand that this will be checked on arrival.
 

Our party booking is for no more than 6 people and we will follow all social distancing guidelines on arrival.
