Playscheme

School Holiday childcare for children aged 5 - 12 years old.

The scheme is run by fully qualified Sports Coaches who hold first-aid certificates and are DBS checked. 

 

Booking
Places can be booked online.​

Full payment is needed at the time of booking to secure a place or KLARNA can be used when available.

Cancellations  
In order to cancel a booked session the customer must give 2 working days’ notice (Mon- Fri) via email. Customers must email the team on playscheme@nbleisuretrust.org quoting their reference number.

 

Refunds will only be approved if the booked sessions are cancelled with a minimum of 2 working days’ notice (Mon- Fri).

 

Refunds will be reviewed and processed by the Manager. 

 

All parents must agree to the following conditions at the time of booking:

If a customer wishes to cancel a child's space or reduce the number of sessions booked, please give 2 working days’ notice (Mon- Fri) or they will be charged. In order for refunds to be processed by the Manager, you must email playscheme@nbleisuretrust.org with the details and the reference number.

 

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method at the time of booking.
