WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is for everyone—whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to shake up your fitness routine.
HYROX classes are on throughout the week and included within memberships (£7 for non-members).
Our HYROX trained instructors will help you improve your technique, strength, and endurance across key exercise stations to push your limits, they can even help prepare you to compete in a HYROX competition.
