Party Terms & Conditions

Standard Party Terms & Conditions (Themes; Bermuda, Superheroes & Pirates and Princesses):

Conditions of party: The Hirer must:

  • Be aware that the minimum party deposit (for 10 children) is non-refundable.

  • Confirm final numbers and food orders at least 48 hours before your party starts. Please inform us if any children have any allergies. (Toddler parties do not need to pre-order food).

  • Party invitations will be provided at the time of booking or they can be collected from the centre.

  • Submit a register of all children attending, 48 hours prior to your party this can be found in your party pack or on our website. (This should include the birthday child’s name)

  • We would like to make you aware that siblings of invited children are required to pay the relevant charge. Food will not be provided to any child not on the list unless purchased separately. (Prices can be found on the website.)

  • 2 complimentary vouchers for tea/coffee are included as part of the booking, additional drink vouchers can be purchased for your guests. Please note: free drinks vouchers can only be used at the time of your party. Any vouchers that you forget to bring or lose unfortunately cannot be replaced.

  • Sweet cones and helium balloons can be purchased from Reception in advance.

  • No food and drink is allowed in the playframe. Restrict the consumption of food and drink to the designated party room/seating area.

  • Ensure the party ends at the time stated on the booking form. (The duration of your party is 1 hour 45 minutes)

  • Report any accidents or incidents to a member of staff.

  • In the event of a fire alarm being activated you are required to evacuate the building calmly. Loss of party or eating time cannot be redeemed.

 

Bermuda Adventure:

  • Accepts no responsibility for the supervision of children.

  • Cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal property of the hirer or other party guests.

  • Unfortunately we do not have a lift, please inform us if you need any assistance.

 

On the day of the party:

  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party.

  • All guests must report to reception to be signed in, during busier times guests can proceed to the front of the queue.

  • Your party leader will meet you at reception, where they will lead you upstairs to your designated seated area/party room. Any guests that arrive late will be directed upstairs where other guests are seated. You will be allocated a party room upon arrival, access to the party room is for a minimum of 1 hour.

  • The seating area outside the rooms is reserved for your guests from the start of your booked party time. If the room is free before the access time you are welcome to use the room.

  • If purchased, additional vouchers for tea and coffee will be provided on arrival. These can be redeemed at the cafe.

  • The first hour of your party the children are free to play in the frame.

  • After an hour in the frame, an announcement will be made on the PA system for all children to return back to the designated party room for their food.

  • The birthday boy/girl will have an allocated seat where they will be made the centre of attention!

  • 45 minutes will be allocated in the party room to enjoy party food, squash, games and music. Please feel free to bring your own CD’s.

  • Party leaders will be responsible for serving the children’s meals which have already been pre-ordered.

  • All children will receive a mini milk lolly for dessert.

  • Cupcakes will be provided for all children. A candle will be placed in the birthday child’s cupcake and we will sing happy birthday. If you wish to bring your own birthday cake a knife and napkins will be provided.

  • If purchased, sweet cones will be provided by the party leader at the end of the party.

  • Your party pack includes a feedback form, if you have a few minutes spare please take the time to complete this form. We appreciate your feedback.

  • The birthday child will receive a free return entry play ticket. So don’t forget to come back and see us soon!

 

Make a Bear Party Terms & Conditions:

Conditions of party: The Hirer must:

  • When the food is ready, an announcement will be made on the PA system for all children to return back to the designated party room for their food.

  • The birthday boy/girl will have an allocated seat where they will be made the centre of attention!

  • 30 minutes will be allocated in the party room to enjoy party food, squash, games and music. Please feel free to bring your own CD’s.

Foam Attack Party Terms & Conditions:

Conditions of the party. The hirer must adhere to:

  • The minimum party deposit is non-refundable and will need to be paid within 7 days of confirmation of the party booking.

  • For parties of more than 10 children, final numbers must be confirmed and paid for at least 48 hours before the day of your party.

  • Party invitations will be provided at the time of booking or they can be collected from the centre.

  • Submit a register of all children attending and their food choices 48 hours prior to your party. This can be found in your party pack or on our website. (Don’t forget the birthday child’s name). Please inform us if any children have any allergies. 

  • Siblings of invited children are required to pay the relevant charge for the soft play entry only, they cannot take part in the party. Food will not be provided to any child not on the list unless purchased separately. (Prices can be found on the website.)

  • Two complimentary vouchers for tea/coffee are included as part of the booking, additional drink vouchers can be purchased for your guests. Please note: free drinks vouchers can only be used at the time of your party. Any vouchers that you forget to bring or lose unfortunately cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • You can order adult food platters for your guests. All food must be pre-ordered and paid for in advance. The adult platter menu is
    in your party pack.

  • Sweet cones can be purchased from Reception in advance, at an additional cost.

  • No food and drink is allowed in the playframe. Restrict the consumption of food and drink to the designated party room/seating area

  • Ensure the party ends at the time stated on the booking form. (The duration of your party is 2 hours)

  • Report any accidents or incidents to a member of staff.

  • In the event of a fire alarm being activated you are required to evacuate the building calmly.  Loss of party or eating time cannot be redeemed.

  • Party leaders will be responsible for serving the children’s meals which have already been pre-ordered.

  • Cupcakes will be provided for all children. A candle will be placed in the birthday child’s cupcake and we will sing happy birthday. If you wish to bring your own birthday cake, a knife and napkins will be provided.

  • The foam dart session will last 30 minutes. It will start following a safety briefing. Game length will vary. You will be divided into small teams to ensure everyone has an adequate rest and stays hydrated. If anyone in the group is suffering from fatigue, dehydration or simply needs to stop for any reason they can step out of the playframe.

  • Foam Gun Parties, much like all sports have an element of contact and therefore, a risk of injury. Should injuries occur on any scale Nuneaton & Bedworth Leisure Trust (the owners and operators of Bermuda Adventure Softplay World) will not be held responsible or accountable. All party attendees will receive a full safety briefing.

  • If purchased, sweet cones will be provided by the party leader at the end of the party.

  • Your party pack includes a feedback form, if you have a few minutes spare please take the time to complete this form. We appreciate your feedback.

  • The birthday child will receive a free return entry play ticket. So don’t forget to come back and see us soon!

 

Q&A’s:

  • What should children wear?
    We recommend you wear clothing that is fairly loose and easy to move around in, such as sports clothing. No capes allowed. Socks must be worn as no shoes are allowed in the playframe. 

  • Can I bring my own Foam Dart Gun?
    Absolutely, just ensure it is labelled with your name. We have lots of ammo please do not bring your own.

Exclusive Hire Terms & Conditions:

  • Confirm final numbers and food orders at least 7 days before your party starts. Please inform us if any children have any allergies.

  • Party invitations will be provided at the time of booking or they can be collected from the centre.

  • Submit a register of all children attending, 7 days prior to your party this can be found in your party pack or on our website.

  • Final payment should be made 14 days prior to your party.

  • Exclusive parties cater for up to 50 children and are priced at £595.00. These cater for up to a maximum of 100 children, for an additional cost of £16.95 per child up to a maximum of 100 children. (There must be 1 adult to every 10 children attending your party.)

  • Please be aware that if siblings come to the party they will be counted as a guest and therefore may take you into the next price band.

  • 2 complimentary hot drinks vouchers are included as part of the booking, additional drink vouchers can be purchased for your guests. Please note: free drinks vouchers can only be used at the time of your party. Any vouchers that you forget to bring or lose unfortunately cannot be replaced.
