Where available, we offer apprenticeships in a variety of different areas from childcare to fitness and leisure...
At NBLT, you will work alongside our teams to learn the skills you need to fulfil your potential and gain the opportunity to put what you learn into practice, whilst completing your qualification with one of our training providers.
For an insight into what to expect, read about some of our past Apprentices' experiences below.
Or to see what apprenticeship roles we currently have available, please visit our work with us page.
We currently offer apprenticeships in Bermuda Park Nursery, and are working to offer other apprenticeships elsewhere in the trust in future.

It’s given me skills and knowledge that I know will help me in the future
Lilymay Shaw, successfully completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. After school Lilymay attended North Warwickshire College where she completed a 1 year Level 2 Sports Diploma, following which she joined NB Leisure Trust.
Lilymay said “I worked in the Youth, Community and Schools Team as an Administration and Playcare Assistant for two years. I was fortunate enough to get a job that enabled me to use the things I learned on my sports course and continue with my education.
The best thing about my job was the people I worked with, they made me feel really welcome and helped me every step of the way. They pushed me to keep improving and I knew that I could ask them anything. I’m very lucky because my job was so diverse with no two days ever really being the same. I didn’t think I would enjoy an apprenticeship at first, but it is definitely something I’m glad I’ve done.
It’s given me skills and knowledge that I know will help me in the future.”
