Work Experience 

We are passionate about providing work based opportunities and training for young people and supporting effective skills development by offering work experience opportunities.

Our aim is to give students/adults experience of the working environment and an opportunity to find out about the world of work, which contributes to learning. By offering work experience, we endeavour to promote the leisure industry as a viable and interesting employee influencing future career choices. It also helps our employees develop management skills through coaching and mentoring.

• Bermuda Adventure Soft Play World

• Youth, Community & Schools team

The process

Each location can only take one student at any one time and these placements will, where possible, be fairly distributed among all the local schools.
 

Work Experience is part of the student's education and as such is unpaid.
 

Human Resources will liaise directly with the local schools with regards to placements for 14 & 15 year olds.
 

Enquiries for Work Experience placements for students (over 16 years) or adults should be made directly to the place of interest.

Work Experience students and adults will not be given priority for jobs over other applicants, although they are encouraged to apply.
