Pop in and see us for a chat! There is always a coach on hand and all exercises can be modified to suit your needs and accommodate any injuries you may have.

Performance HIIT A high intensity, fast paced class to improve all aspects of fitness and performance. It will challenge strength, speed, power and cardiovascular capacity. Sending your metabolism through the roof to burn fat rapidly. 

Sessions for Age 12+ Physical and athletic development for ages 12+ and a family members aged 18+. Parent/guardian must be in attendance for the whole session. Both adult and junior member are required to book a session.

Performance Open A chance to work on technique and personal goals at your own pace.

Performance Lifting Allows your to build strength, power and improve performance. The structure sessions consist of Olympic Lifting and compound movements, using a variety of barbells and dumbbells. This technique targets large muscle groups to produce maximum gains in performance. 

Performance Circuits A circuits based HIIT class, designed to keep you engaged whilst improving your over all fitness.
