Do you know your body inside out?

Now, at Empire Gym & Studios we are able to offer our members access to the boditrax scan and to get over 20 body stats from baseline and composition data, to get to the real story as to what is going on inside.

 

Analysis includes:

  • Baseline: age, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), ideal body weight and impedance

  • Composition: fat percentage & mass, muscle percentage & mass, water percentage & mass and bone percentage & mass

  • Results: basal metabolic rate (BMR), basal metabolic score, muscle score, visceral fat rating, degree of obesity, metabolic age and physique rating.
     

All members can book an appointment at the gym desk for an initial consultation and are entitled to a review every 6 weeks.​
