GRIT Series

Get ready to add HIIT workouts to your life with our 3 unique LES MILLS GRIT workouts and take your fitness to the next level. Each session is 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training following one of 3 formats;

  • GRIT Strength™: Designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

  • GRIT Athletic™: Improve Athleticism, Increase Power, Build an Athletic Shape. A Sports Conditioning class to help you perform like an athlete!

  • GRIT Cardio™: Improves Cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. 


Strength & Toning

Classes designed to work every muscle in the body, improving muscular fitness and body composition. Toning, strengthening & re-shaping from top to toe.

  • BodyPump: BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. The 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight,  inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast.

  • Forever Strong: Designed to sculpt and strengthen the whole body with a range of easy-to-master exercises within a fun and motivating environment. 

  • Core: A class incorporating a variety of challenging exercises to work and strengthen the core and abdominal muscles.

  • Kettlebells: A class using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, strength, balance, agility and endurance.

  • Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT): Combinations of high and low impact exercises, as well as floor work. To tone up and improve muscular endurance in the legs, abdominals and not forgetting the bottom.


Cardio Range 

  • BodyCombat: Punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

  • Box Circuits: These high energy workouts combine boxing techniques. This class will involve the use of circuits along with pads & mitts.

  • Bootcamp: Using various equipment from Battle Ropes to Kettlebells the traditional circuit class has been truly revolutionised.

  • Circuits: Interval training at its best. Intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.

Indoor Cycling

  • Keiser Intelligent Cycling (I.C): Experience the most technologically advanced indoor cycling class ever, with no complicated moves to learn.

  • VIBE Cycle: An indoor cycling class all about the music, working to the beat and letting the rhythm take you on a journey. Less focus on the technical ride, more focus on fun.

  • Keiser I.C & Abs: 30 minutes intense Keiser Intelligent Cycling followed by 15 minutes intense core work.


Unwind & Re-energise

  • BodyBalance: BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

  • Pilates: This class is designed to improve core stabilisation, mobility, posture and breathing. You will learn techniques to enhance flexibility, balance, co-ordination and tone. 

  • Osteo Pilates: In partnership with the Osteoporosis Society. This class is designed to improve core stabilisation, mobility, posture and breathing.

  • Yoga (Hatha/Sivananda): Using a range of movements and stretches, Yoga focuses on relaxation, posture and breathing.

  • Forever Flex: This class is designed to improve general fitness and strength. Whilst incorporating tai chi, pilates and yoga to enhance your strength, balance and co-ordinaton.

Themed Classes

  • Dance Fit: A mix of dance aerobics and dance choreography. A fun full body aerobic workout using a variety of dance styles with easy to follow moves.

  • Forever Fit: A class for those who want to keep in shape at a gentler pace, in a fun and friendly environment. Ideal for those more mature but young at heart.
