GRIT Series

Get ready to add HIIT workouts to your life with our 3 unique LES MILLS GRIT workouts and take your fitness to the next level. Each session is 45 minutes of high-intensity interval training following one of 3 formats;

  • GRIT Strength™: Designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

  • GRIT Athletic™: Improve Athleticism, Increase Power, Build an Athletic Shape. A Sports Conditioning class to help you perform like an athlete!

  • GRIT Cardio™: Improves Cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. 


Strength & Toning

  • NEW CLASS! BOOTY BOOTCAMP! Squat, squeeze and lunge your way to a bootylicious body at the Booty Bootcamp! A combination of weighted exercises and resistance bands is a sure way to fire up those glutes and really chase those booty gains.

  • BodyPump: BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. The 45-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast.

  • Core: A class incorporating a variety of challenging exercises to work and strengthen the core and abdominal muscles.

  • Kettlebells: A class using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, strength, balance, agility and endurance.

  • Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT): Combinations of high and low impact exercises, as well as floor work. To tone up, shape and help build lean muscle in the legs, abdominals and not forgetting the bottom.

  • Express Core: 15-minute engaging abdominal workout, activating upper, lower and side abdominal area as well as incorporating your inner core stabilisers.

  • Functional Strength: Training exercises designed to help you perform activities in everyday life more easily. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will help you become stronger, more flexible, more agile and less injury-prone.


Cardio Range 

  • Fitsteps: Created by Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all your favourite Strictly dances. Designed to give real, measurable results in a fun and exciting way. Suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner. Come along and get fit whilst having fun.

  • Forever Fit: A class for those who want to keep in shape with low impact cardio and toning in a fun and friendly environment. A great introduction into fitness or maintaining your current level of fitness.

  • Zumba: Fusion of Latin & international music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective workout.

  • Step Aerobics: Revival of a 90's classic! A choreographed routine using an aerobic step, suitable for all abilities. Boosts heart rate, builds strength, sculpts and tones, and burns calories all whilst having fun. 

  • HIIT Circuits: High-Intensity Interval training at its best. Intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.

  • Rig Circuit: Functional based class utilising the gym floor rig & accessories including dipping stations, battle ropes and sledge, to name a few. This creates a multipurpose training session. Suitable for all abilities and excellent training for mud runs and assault course races.


Indoor Cycling

  • Keiser Intelligent Cycling (I.C): Experience the most technologically advanced indoor cycling class ever, with no complicated moves to learn.

  • VIBE Cycle: An indoor cycling class all about the music, working to the beat and letting the rhythm take you on a journey. Less focus on the technical side, more focus on fun.


Unwind & Re-energise

  • BodyBalance: BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

  • Pilates: This class is designed to improve core stabilisation, mobility, posture and breathing. You will learn techniques to enhance flexibility, balance, coordination and tone. 

  • Yoga (Hatha/Sivananda): Using a range of movements and stretches, Yoga focuses on relaxation, posture and breathing.

  • Forever Flex: This class is designed to improve general fitness and strength while maintaining flexibility. Incorporating tai chi, pilates and yoga to enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.

  • Yogalates: Harnesses the physical and mental benefits of both Yoga and Pilates. Strength, flexibility and spirituality from yoga, then focusing on building strength in the deep muscles of the core from Pilates. Both practices involve attaining specific postures, emphasising correct breathing and meditative mindfulness.
